No Dress Rehearsal

No Dress Rehearsal is authored by a 26 year old married white guy in the suburban northeastern USA with depression, ADD, GERD and as of last summer, no gall bladder. Too much info? Perhaps. Anyway, my motto: not enough blogs by young suburban white guys. So, one more, I say. Well, I will at least try to be entertaining as I spew my vitriol.

I am choosing to write anonymously in order to protect my ability to speak as freely as I choose about any issue on my mind (including those that would be verboten if my name were on here).

The blog’s title borrows from one of my favourite musical groups, The Tragically Hip. Even though lead singer Gordon Downie proclaims that the song is “for the girls,” I thought the line from “Ahead By A Century” was a propos.

I am ready and willing to listen to your comments, compliments and complaints. I will try to write back as soon as I can. But be forewarned… email that you send to me becomes my property, so if you are an arse, prepare to have your idiocy exposed in my next posting.
